All documentation made available on this site is for
use and access only by NCS Pearson, Inc. (“NCS”)
customers who are currently entitled to receive support
services from NCS. All use of the documentation is subject
to the terms and conditions of the Licensed Product
Agreement (“LPA”), received and/or executed
by the customer, in conjunction with its receipt of
the applicable software from NCS. Any use, distribution,
or reproduction of the documentation, except as permitted
in the LPA, is expressly prohibited.
Downloads
All software made available on this site for download
and installation is for use and access only by NCS Pearson,
Inc. ("NCS") customers who are currently entitled to
receive support services from NCS. All use of any software
download is subject to the terms and conditions of the
Licensed Product Agreement ("LPA"), received and/or
executed by the customer, in conjunction with its receipt
of the applicable software application from NCS. Any
use, distribution, or reproduction of any software download,
except as permitted in the LPA, is expressly prohibited.
State and Product Forums
The comments, views, methodologies, processes, instructions,
and all other information (collectively, "Customer Information")
posted on this page by Customers of NCS Pearson, Inc.
("NCS") are that of such Customers and not NCS. NCS
does not, explicitly or implicitly, support or endorse
any such Customer Information nor will NCS have any
responsibility to support any modifications to, or configurations
of, any software licensed by NCS that are the result
of such Customer Information. NCS shall not be liable
to customer for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary,
incidental or consequential damages; or lost profits,
lost business, lost savings, or lost or damaged data;
or commercial or economic loss; or for claims of a third
party; arising out of customer's use of the Customer
Information, even if it has been advised of the possibility
of such damages or they are foreseeable.
NCS Pearson does not make, and expressly disclaims,
any representations or warranties regarding the above
non-supported items. In addition, all such items are
specifically excluded from any warranties provided by
NCS Pearson, in the applicable License Product Agreement,
pursuant to which NCS Pearson has licensed the software product to you.
